Is there something wrong with your BE Reading Pen?

1. All BE Reading Pens purchased at Babington carries a 7 day return and free replacement warranty policy from the day of purchase.

2. All BE Reading Pens purchased at Babington carries a 90 day free repairs warranty policy from the day of purchase.

3. Warranty of the BE Reading Pen covers only defective upon arrival, or malfunction as a result from normal usage. Warranty policy will not apply if the BE Reading Pen has visible signs of user caused damage, such as but not limited to cracks and breakages, water or other forms of liquid damages.

4. Once we receive your malfunctioning device, it will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for a full inspection of the device to determine the cause of damage. If the inspection confirms the malfunction is due to normal usage or defective hardware, you will be refunded in full for the device. If the inspection confirms the malfunction is caused by user caused damage, then the product warranty policy will not be applied as the product may be unrepairable.

5. During the 4 to 6 weeks inspection time, we recommend you to purchase a new BE Reading Pen so your child can continue to use the device to learn and practise uninterrupted.
