Terms & Conditions
Back to School Promotion – Oxford Reading Tree (EXPLORE series):
Each eligible student will receive TWO sets (4 books), and will be given out based on the students' respective grades.
These storybooks are assigned randomly and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Promotion Duration: This promotion is valid from 1st August 2024 to 16th September 2024.
Enrolment Deadline: To qualify for the promotional benefits, students must enrol by 16th September 2024.
Eligibility: Both new and existing students are eligible for this promotion.
Restrictions: Back to School Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Exchange: For students who are entitled to Back to School Promotion (enrolled into our Summer Programme 2024), customers may choose either the Oxford Reading Tree (EXPLORE series) OR retain the Back to School Promotion, but NOT both. Please check with your respective centre for the arrangement.
Distribution of the Story Books: It is anticipated to take place towards the end of December 2024 or earlier depending on logistics.
Reference to General Policy: The offers mentioned herein are governed by Babington Education's General Policy.
Amendment Rights: Babington Education holds the right to amend these terms and conditions without any advance notice.
Dispute Resolution: In case of disagreements or disputes, Babington Education's decision will be considered final.
Language Discrepancy: If there are inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the English version will take precedence.
