Teacher Trainer
Full-time | Network-wide | Teacher Development
About the Role
A role with real purpose and real standards
Babington's Teacher Trainers are the backbone of our teaching quality. You will work directly with our teachers — both newly onboarded and experienced — to coach, develop and inspire them to deliver the very best Babington lessons.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is equally comfortable in the classroom and in the training room. You will conduct observations, deliver coaching sessions, run workshops, and champion our teaching methodology across the network. If you love teaching AND love helping others become better teachers, this role is for you.
