Hello, my name is Teacher Nono, and I’m from South Africa. I hold a Bcom in Economics & Econometrics, a Bcom Honours in Economics, and I’m currently pursuing my MCom in Local Economic Development.

I have been working with Babington Education since 2024, where I have worked with children aged 2 to 14. Coming from a diverse country has helped me appreciate different cultures and perspectives. As someone who understands the experience of learning English as an additional language, I can empathise with my students and support them in building their confidence in English.

Hello!I am a TEFL-certified English teacher with a degree in Law and Politics and a genuine passion for making English an exciting, practical, and confidence-building journey for every student. Before joining the team in Hong Kong, I had the pleasure of teaching students from Japan, China, and Taiwan, working with wonderful learners of all ages, from toddlers as young as three to adults. I have been a proud member of the Babington team for almost two years, and the most rewarding part of my day is watching my students grow in confidence and develop a true excitement for using the English language. I believe that every lesson should be engaging, interactive, and fun from start to finish. Just as importantly, I cultivate a warm classroom environment where students feel completely comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and exploring new ideas with curiosity. My ultimate goal is to create a space where every student feels fully supported, appropriately challenged, and most importantly, genuinely excited to learn.
