Alex joins our team with a vibrant global perspective, having grown up in the UK before spending the past twenty wonderful years living between Hong Kong and mainland China. His teaching journey began right where his own academic path started at his former primary school in the UK. Since then, he has gained extensive and diverse experience working with young children of all ages and abilities, always striving to support each child in reaching their full potential. Alex is particularly passionate about phonics and finds immense joy in witnessing the incredible progress his students make. He is constantly amazed and inspired by the speed at which his students learn and blossom in his classroom. Outside of the classroom, Alex loves to share his enthusiasm for music and singing. He is a great admirer of all animals, with a special soft spot for cats. He also has a deep love for traveling, which fuels his fascination for learning about the unique languages and cultures of the many places he visits. We are thrilled to have such a warm and dedicated educator on our team.

Hello! I am Teacher Ann, and I have been dedicated to teaching since 2022. I am passionate about what I do and feel so lucky to witness the incredible growth of every student in my classroom. There is nothing more rewarding for me than supporting a student as they navigate the world of literacy, from those first tricky encounters with letters to the delightful moment they read a whole sentence completely on their own. I am honoured to be a part of their unique learning journey and look forward to celebrating many more milestones together. I am absolutely delighted to be here and cannot wait for another wonderful year ahead with my students.
