Miss Sana has been teaching English in Hong Kong for five years, working with kindergarten and primary students. She enjoys creating fun and engaging lessons that help children build confidence in phonics, speaking, reading, and writing. She believes every child learns best in a warm and supportive environment. Miss Sana is excited to join the Babington Education team and looks forward to meeting everyone.

Teacher Bayanda brings a wealth of experience and heart to our classroom. Originally from South Africa, Bayanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and has dedicated an impressive 15 years to the field of education. He firmly believes in the beauty of being a lifelong learner and strives to model that curiosity for every student he meets. Bayanda is truly passionate about early childhood development and takes great joy in creating a safe, vibrant, and animated environment where children of all ages can thrive. He is deeply committed to supporting each student on their unique journey, ensuring they gain the linguistic skills and confidence they need to make a positive impact on the world around them.

Chris Botha is a dynamic educator and operational leader with 18 years’ experience across South Africa and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Education, PGCE in Linguistics, TEFL certification and is busy completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting. He has taught English, phonics, and primary grades, while managing sports programmes, logistics, and large coaching teams. His teaching philosophy fosters confidence, curiosity, and student-centred learning in multicultural environments. Adaptable and innovative, he combines classroom expertise with project management, coaching, and leadership to deliver high-quality learning experiences and meaningful, supportive results for every student.
