1. Offer
Eligible Rugbytots Gold members are entitled to a one-time 50% discount on tuition fees for four (4) Babington lessons (the Promotion).
2. Eligibility and verification
The Promotion is available only to a parent or legal guardian of a child holding a valid Rugbytots Gold membership. Valid evidence of current Rugbytots Gold membership must be provided at enrolment. Babington may verify eligibility with Rugbytots Hong Kong Limited.
3. Single transaction; one-time use
The four (4) promotional lessons must be enrolled in and paid for in one transaction. The Promotion may be used once only per eligible child and may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed by another person.
4. Scope of discount
The 50% discount applies only to tuition fees for the four (4) promotional lessons. It does not apply to course membership fees, books, learning materials, products, merchandise, administrative charges, or any other fees, services or courses.
5. Course membership and General Policy
Course membership applies and is payable separately. Course membership is payable once per course enrolment; please refer to Babington’s General Policy for full details. Enrolment is subject to the parent’s or legal guardian’s acceptance of Babington’s General Policy and any applicable centre-specific terms.
6. Centres, availability and classes
The Promotion is available at all participating Babington Education Centres, subject to the chosen centre’s availability of the selected class. Babington does not guarantee placement in a particular class, time slot, teacher or centre.
7. Lesson validity and make-up lessons
All four (4) promotional lessons must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of enrolment, unless Babington confirms otherwise in writing. The make-up lesson provisions in Babington’s General Policy apply to the promotional lessons.
8. No refund or cash alternative
Tuition fees paid for the four (4) promotional lessons are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Babington’s General Policy. Unused lessons may not be exchanged for cash, credited toward other courses or products, transferred, or otherwise redeemed.
9. No combination with other offers
The Promotion cannot be used together with any other Babington discount, referral programme, promotion, voucher, scholarship or special offer, unless Babington confirms otherwise in writing.
10. Personal-data verification
By enrolling under the Promotion, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that Babington may provide the child’s and/or parent’s name to Rugbytots Hong Kong Limited solely to validate Rugbytots Gold membership and eligibility for the Promotion. This disclosure is not for marketing purposes. Babington should also include this purpose and Rugbytots Hong Kong Limited as a class of transferee in its applicable Personal Information Collection Statement or privacy notice. 11. Independent companies
Rugbytots Hong Kong Limited is an independent company and is not affiliated with, owned by, operated by, or acting as agent for Babington Education Organisation Ltd. Rugbytots Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for Babington’s services, enrolment, course delivery, policies or operations.
12. Changes to the Promotion
Babington may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary, including for operational, legal or commercial reasons. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal will not affect promotional enrolments that have already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law, reasonably necessary for safety or operations, or permitted under Babington’s General Policy.
13. Interpretation and disputes
If there is any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail. Babington’s decision on the administration and interpretation of the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law and the customer’s legal rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
