Promotion and discount
The “Trailblazer New Course Offer” (the “Offer”) is available to eligible students enrolling in the Trailblazer course at participating Babington Education Centres. The discount percentage or discounted amount applicable to the Offer will be the percentage or amount expressly stated on the relevant coupon or promotional material.
Eligibility
The Offer is available to both new and existing Babington Education students, subject to the relevant Babington Education Centre’s class availability, enrolment acceptance procedures and these Terms and Conditions.
Participating centres
The Offer may be redeemed at any participating Babington Education Centre, subject to the availability of a suitable Trailblazer class at that centre. Each Babington Education Centre is independently responsible for confirming course availability, timetable arrangements, enrolment acceptance, fee collection and the provision of the course. The parent or legal guardian should contact the intended centre directly before enrolment to confirm availability and course arrangements.
Coupon validity
The coupon must be redeemed within four (4) weeks from its date of issue, unless another expiry date is expressly stated on the coupon or relevant promotional material. After expiry, the coupon will be invalid and will not be accepted, extended, replaced or reissued, except where required by applicable law.
Application of the discount
The Offer applies only to the tuition fees for the first four (4) Trailblazer lessons attended by the enrolled student. The discount does not apply to book fees, learning materials or any other non-tuition charges. Book fees and other applicable non-tuition charges must be paid in full.
Consecutive lessons and fixed timetable
The four (4) discounted lessons must be attended consecutively in accordance with the timetable allocated by the relevant centre at enrolment. The discounted lessons cannot be deferred, transferred, rearranged, substituted, split across different classes, or rescheduled at the request of the parent, guardian or student.
Missed lessons
No make-up lesson, replacement lesson, rescheduling, credit, fee reduction or refund will be provided for a discounted lesson missed by the student, including due to illness, travel, personal commitments, late arrival, or any other absence. This clause does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payment and fees after the Offer
Tuition fees for the Trailblazer course are payable monthly in accordance with the relevant centre’s applicable fee schedule and payment terms. After the first four (4) discounted lessons, all subsequent lessons will be charged at the prevailing full tuition fee applicable at the relevant centre.
No combination with other offers
The Offer cannot be used together with any other discount, coupon, promotional offer, referral incentive, scholarship, credit, loyalty reward, concession, fee waiver or special pricing arrangement, unless the relevant centre confirms otherwise in writing.
No cash value or transfer
The coupon and Offer have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or converted for cash, credit, refund, goods or other services. The coupon and Offer are personal to the eligible student and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared or used by another person.
Enrolment and General Terms
Enrolment is subject to the relevant centre’s acceptance of the student and the parent’s or legal guardian’s acceptance of that centre’s General Terms and Conditions, including its enrolment, payment, attendance, conduct and privacy terms. The legal contract for the student’s enrolment and course services is between the parent or legal guardian and the legal entity operating the relevant Babington Education Centre.
Centre changes and course arrangements
The relevant centre may make reasonable changes to the allocated class, timetable, teacher, classroom, course-delivery method or other course arrangements where necessary for operational, safety, regulatory, staffing or educational reasons. If the centre cancels a paid lesson and cannot provide a reasonable replacement arrangement, the centre will deal with the affected fees in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
Amendment, suspension and withdrawal
Babington Education and/or the relevant centre operator may amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary, including to correct an error, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, manage operational capacity, or prevent fraud or misuse. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal will not affect an enrolment already accepted and paid for, except where required by law or reasonably necessary due to safety, regulatory or operational circumstances.
Interpretation and statutory rights
Babington Education’s decision regarding the administration and interpretation of the Offer will be final, subject always to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or overrides any rights or remedies which a parent, guardian or student may have under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
