What Is Rugbytots?
Rugbytots is a structured rugby play programme for boys and girls aged 2 to 7.
Through imaginative, age-appropriate games, children are introduced to running, catching, passing and kicking in an encouraging environment.
No previous rugby experience is required. The emphasis is on having fun, being active and helping children develop:
Confidence and coordination
Listening and communication skills
Teamwork and positive social skills
An enjoyment of physical activity
