There is a $1,000 course membership fee that entitles you to premium service per course.
The membership entitles the student to priority access to course enrolment, with a wide variety of premium added value services.
Such services include access to our termination notice incentive programme, referral programme, make-up facilities, monthly parent update service and discounts to special Babington parties and events.
Termination notice incentive programme is applicable to members only.
Students may only terminate their enrolment conveniently via our online termination form. No other forms of notice will be accepted.
Providing there is 30-days advance notice from the date of the last lesson, the student's account will be credited with $1,000.
This credit cannot be converted into cash. The credit can only be applied to offset the tuition fees in the student's account.
The 30 days notice counts from the timestamp automatically generated upon the completion of the online termination form.
Payment can be made via cheques, cash, EPS or, subject to availability, certain forms of mobile payment.
Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
Hard copy receipts for payments will only be issued by request. Parents are encouraged to use our parent app, where all receipts and invoices are automatically and instantly stored.
In case of school closure prior to the commencement of a course, our school will refund in full the course fee collected to students immediately.
If a course cannot be operated according to the arrangements specified in the fee receipts and students decline the revised arrangements offered by our school, our school will refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to students as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the pupils have requested for the refund.
If a course cannot be operated on the date or at the time specified in the course leaflet and students decline the revised arrangements offered by our school, our school will refund in full or on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to students as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the students have requested for the refund.
In case of cessation of a course after its commencement, our school will refund to pupils the course fee collected on a pro-rata basis as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the cessation of the course.
Our school will inform parents of the refund arrangement either over the telephone or in writing.
Our school will refund pupils in accordance with the above policies.
When processing the refund, our school will not take away the original fee receipts. Upon receipt of the refund, students or parents should sign to acknowledge the receipt.
Regular programme is defined as classes operated from the 1st of September to mid July. Please check with the centre for the exact last day of regular programme as this date fluctuates each year.
Holiday programme are defined as seasonal holiday programmes such as our annual summer programme.
Summer programme is held each year between mid-July to 31st of August. Please check with the centre for the exact last day of regular programme as this date fluctuates each year.
Make-up facilities are applicable to members only.
Make-up facilities are not available for class suspension due to severe weather.
Skipping classes is strictly prohibited. All classes in the month must be paid in full and either attended, made-up or forfeited. To illustrate an example, if a student misses a class in January, this student will not be eligible for a discount that is equivalent to the missed lesson.
All regular programme make-up classes must be made up on or before July 10th of each year. Any make-up classes not made up after this date will be forfeited.
The course, lesson, class date, time and teacher cannot be guaranteed for make-up classes, however, the centre will do its best to place the student in a class relevant to their age and ability.
Holiday programmes have special make up rules subject to the course enrolled. Please contact us for details.
Parents will not be notified individually.
Lessons will be forfeited if the centre is closed due to severe weather. Specifically, this means there will be no refunds or make-up classes offered for the forfeited class(es).

There are 2 different procedures for authorising the collection or release of children from Babington. Please check with your local centre for the applicable procedure.
Replacement of a lost/damaged cards will incur an administrative fee. Please call for the administration fee.

Referral programme is defined as an Existing Student (A) referring a New Student (B) to enrol at Babington
Referral programme is applicable to Course Members only, where both (A) and (B) must be members.
Referral programme is applicable to Regular Programme only.
For each successful referral, the Existing Student (A) account will be credited with a referral fee of $500.
The New Student (B) being referred will be credited with a referral fee of $200 into the student's account.
The referral fee will be automatically deducted from the balance in the following month. The maximum deduction limit each month will be $250.
A New Student (B) can only be referred by one Existing Student (A), once.
The referral fee cannot be converted into cash.
The referral fee can only be used for regular programme tuition fees.
Notice of referrals must be given upon the completion of the online enrolment form. Retroactive submissions will not be accepted.

If during the paid term, the centre is unable to deliver the classes because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the centre such as and without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labour disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the centre's reasonable control (collectively, "Force Majeure"), Parents agree to suspend in-centre classes and transfer the remaining unused balance into BaboGO, the Company's e-learning service.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
Babington reserves the right to amend the policy without notice and reserves the right to the final say in any disputes.
The policy as stated here: will be the enforceable one.
Babington is responsible for the student only during the agreed lesson times. Babington is not responsible for any accidents or harm caused to the student before or after the lesson in any way.
Parents or designated guardians must remain within 5 minutes of the centre to enable rapid response to emergencies.
It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to inform the centre of any medical conditions or allergies affecting their child. When classes involve cooking activities, prepared food will be returned home with a complete ingredients label.
Students may not consume prepared food in the centre. Parents are responsible for checking all ingredients and verifying no allergies are present before allowing their child to consume food prepared during Babington classes.
The centre may take photographs or videos of students for progress reporting and marketing purposes. Any revenues generated from marketing materials are retained by Babington. Parents must provide written notice to object to photography or video recording.
Staff will escort students to the toilet and remain in the adjacent public area. Parents are advised to arrange for a guardian to be near the centre to provide direct supervision if toileting assistance is required.
