Terms and Conditions for the Back to School Promotion (Rev 1)

1. Offer 1: K1 students get 50% discount (first 4 lessons)

2. This offer requires student to be in the academic year of K1. Parent may be asked for verification. This offer is applicable to the first month's bill only, which offers 4 lessons at 50% discount.

3. This offer is only applicable to the English Ladder programme.

4. This offer CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. Make up classes are not permitted.

6. Offer is only valid if student enrols and pays on or before 17th September 2018.

7. Offers 2 & 3: Single enrol for $150 off / Enrol on 2 programmes for $300 off

8. These offers will be automatically deducted from your account in 2 months on an equal basis.

9. Make up classes are permitted.

10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers with the exception of the 'Extra Add-on Offers'

11. Offer is only valid if student enrols and pays on or before 17th September 2018.

12. Offer 4: FREE Oxford Story Tree (1 set of 10 books) to new RWI Students Please note this offer is offered by Oxford University Press (OUP) and the following terms and conditions are applied by OUP:

• English Terms & Conditions:

1. Students who did not enroll in any regular Oxford Path Courses between 1 September 2017 and 31 July 2018 are regarded as new students.

2. Summer Courses are exempted. Students who have only attended summer Oxford Path Courses in 2018 are also entitled to this offer.

3. New students must enroll in a regular Oxford Path Course between 1 August and 31 October 2018, start the first lesson no later than 31 October 2018 and study for at least 2 months to enjoy the offer.

4. Oxford Path Courses include Read Write Inc by Oxford, Comprehension and Writing by Oxford and Keys Chinese Course.

5. One gift is available for each course. If a new student enrolls in more than one course, he/she will get more than one gift.

6. Gifts are assigned by Oxford University Press and are not available for recipients to select.

7. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash.

8. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version prevails.

9. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Oxford University Press shall be final.

• Chinese Terms and Conditions:

1. 『新生』指於2017年9月1日至2018年7月31日期間不曾就讀牛津常規課程的學生。

2. 暑期課程不在此限，新生完成暑期課程後繼續報讀牛津常規課程亦可享用此優惠。

3. 新生必須於2018年8月1日至10月31日期間成功報名及繳付學費，並於10月31日或之前開始上課，課程為期必須為2個月或以上方可享用此優惠。

4. 牛津課程包括：牛津RWI英語課程，牛津C＆W英語課程，啟思中文課程。

5. 新生每報讀一個課程可獲贈一份禮品，報讀兩個課程可獲贈兩份，如此類推。

6. 禮品由牛津大學出版社指派，不得異議。

7. 禮品不可兌換現金。

8. 如此條款及細則有中英文版本語言不一致的情況，應以中文版本為準。

9. 如有任何爭議，牛津大學出版社保留最終決定權。
