BE READING PEN FAQ

1. Are you unable to switch on your device?

Make sure the BE Reading Pen is fully charged. We recommend using a USB charger of minimum 1A output with the USB charging cable provided in the BE Reading Pen box. It takes about 1.5hr to 2hrs to fully charge your BE Reading Pen from empty.

2. Is your BE Reading Pen telling you it is not connected to a wireless network?

Please watch our tutorial video “BE Reading Pen and BE Ready Buddy App Setup Guide” and follow the step by step instructions.

3. Is your BE Reading Pen telling you an internal component is not detected or disconnected when you switch it on?

This means your BE Reading Pen is defective or damaged, please contact the Babington branch you purchased the device from and enquire about the warranty policy.
